Show Your Ability
Disability Equipment Expo 2012

New Zealand's premier disability and aged care equipment expo is travelling around the country once again from the 14th to the  21st  February. Over 40 suppliers in five venues – Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Dunedin – will supply an experienced team of sales representatives who are friendly and helpful in finding the piece of specialised equipment that is right for your needs.

This is a great opportunity for clients and specialists to see the entire range of equipment available and to experience the equipment first hand. The best part about it is that admission is free and everyone is welcome. See location and date details below.

Equipment items include the latest designs in manual and powered wheelchairs, shower stools, stairlifts and hoists, portable ramps, specialised seating, walking and standing frames, mobility scooters, daily living equipment, pressure mattresses and electric hi lo beds to name just a few objects of interest.

There will also be vehicle modification specialist who will be only too willing to give the latest updates in their specific field
The “Show your Ability” expo is all about distributing disability information. It’s also a great social networking occasion to catch up on new innovations, renew old friendships and establish new connections.

Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity

Jocelyn Burgess
It is with sadness that we report that the CP Society has lost one of its Life Members. Jocelyn passed away peacefully on Saturday the 21st January 2012.
She was a tireless worker for people with cerebral palsy. She never failed to keep the Board honest... and on its toes!. The Society would not be the organisation it is today without the input from Jocelyn
.
Her service will be on Friday the 27th January, 2pm at
St Georges Church, Ranfurly Rd, Epsom
(the church and hall are wheelchair accessable)
